Thursday June 19th 2025 7.30 Chris Difford's Song Writers' concert - a candle lit concert was held in East Pennard church - with performances resulting from a song writers’ course at Pennard House. Sam Ryder participated this year! An amazing event always enjoyed by all. Click here for more details

About East Pennard ChurchAll Saints' Church is part of the benefice of Fosse Trinity which during its 14th year of vacancy is being supported by the Revd Canon Rosalind Paul. The Diocese of Bath and Wells intends that the Fosse Trinity group of churches will be grouped with Pilton, North Wootton and Croscombe for the purpose of appointing a new overall Priest in Charge. FosseTrinity has not had a designated priest since 2013 so this is an exciting time of change!
All Saints’ Church, East Pennard dates from the 14th century and is a grade I listed building. The roof was re-leaded in 2023 following a major fund raising appeal. The tower contains a clock made in 1788 by local man Thomas Higdon, recently restored and striking - but temperamental! There are five bells which are reputed to be the heaviest peal of five in existence. The Reredos has recently been restored and has some amazing tiles. Inside the church is a Norman Font and several stained-glass windows, also an altar screen and monuments to the Martins and Napiers. All Saints' Church belongs to a group of churches known as The Fosse Trinity Benefice which serve the communities of Ditcheat, Alhampton, East Pennard and Pylle parishes. Fosse Trinity Services
All Saints Church is part of the Fosse Trinity Benefice along with Ditcheat Church, Pylle Church and Alhampton Chapel.
During 2026 the Fosse Trinity services will not be following the usual pattern so please check before you visit us.
All of our services include worship, song, prayer, reading from God's Word and a message. All services include communion. Children and dogs are welcome. For further details please see the Fosse Trinity News.
East Pennard Church is generally open from 9 am to 5pm every day. For access if locked see phone numbers on the notice board, or contact a Church warden via contact us. Visitors are very welcome.
The Church is fully accessible and has disabled toilet facilities.

- On the first Sunday of each month there is a combined service with Pilton, Croscombe and North Wootton rotating round the churches, and starting at 10.30
- March 1st 10.30 Ditcheat. 8th 10am Ditcheat. 15th 10am East Pennard. 22nd 10am Pylle. 29th 10.30 Alhampton.
- April 3rd 2pm Pylle. Easter Sunday 5th 9.30 East Pennard. 12th 10am Ditcheat. 19th 10am East Pennard. 26th 10am Alhampton.
- May 3rd Joint Service 10.30 North Wootton. 10th 10am Stone House Orchard, 17th 10am Ditcheat, 24th 10am Alhampton.
- 31st May Joint Service Pilton 10.30.
- June 7th 10.30 Joint service Alhampton. 14th 10am Ditcheat. 21st 10am East Pennard. 28th 10am Alhampton
